You can make friends and family within your predefined circle see your full profile. You have full control of who see's what. When you join any Land Sea & Sky project or network, your profile is open and it's up to you to adjust your privacy settings to a level that you feel comfortable with. Partner Group Privacy PolicyGeneral information you transmit to us at the time of your Partner Group registration may be used by us to, amongst other things, advise our members of the services or products you offer based on what you have communicated to us. Land Sea & Sky may also
circulate information about your group via twitter and other communication channels from time to time to promote you. You have the right to change this arrangement at any time. LinksSome web sites contain links to other sites. Please be aware

The Whenua for the People Project, Whenua Stories and Whenua Guardians are subject to their own network kaupapa (rules) and should be read alongside these terms of service. All members are required to read the project kaupapa and understand these Terms of Service immediately after their membership onto a project is approved. A Privacy Statement is updated from time to time at our discretion. By becoming a Partner with us you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by our Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you can stop using the service and participating in the project any time by terminating your Land Sea & Sky Partner Group account held at www.landseasky.org. 1. Definitions Content: Your content is anything that you submit which you are the author of. Members: means project participants, whanau, friends. Partners: Maori groups, whanau and organisations, and groups who provide services to us
2. Free Services The project network is free and subject to a project kaupapa, terms of use and privacy statement. We reserve the right to decline, deregister and terminate your membership or partnership at any point and at our discretion. 3. Partner Services All
Partners are required to complete 80% of the Partner Reconnect Service to receive the full benefits of the Partnership.
All Projects and Services you sign up to are charged the day you register and payable online. All
invoice payments must go directly to the account number provided on the invoice
emailed to you. Payment must be received and sit in our account within 3 working days.
5. General Terms
All Partner Offerings will link directly back to the environmental projects Land Sea & Sky co-ordinates. Our projects do not endorse any religious or political belief and we will not allow anyone to use our projects as a vehicle to gain support for a particular belief or issue. our site is free from error, we do not warrant its accuracy, adequacy
or completeness or its suitability for your intended use. Although
we are confident that our data security systems are of the highest

6. Complaints Procedure Land Sea & Sky recognises that there may be times during your involvement with us when you may wish to raise concerns about problems you have encountered. It is Land Sea & Sky’s policy to encourage free communication so that any difficulty can be quickly resolved. It is only in situations where an informal discussion of a complaint or problem has been tried, and has failed to bring about a satisfactory solution, that a more formal complaints procedure should be used. In the first instance, please discuss your complaint with the individual concerned. If you are not satisfied with the response, please put your complaint or problem in writing to the Director, setting out the full details. The Director will send an acknowledgement in writing of your complaint within 48 hours of receipt, and begin an investigation. Every effort will be made to complete this investigation within seven days of receipt. The Director will then contact you with findings, recommendations and proposed actions. Only the Director has the authority to agree a resolution, when the formal complaints procedure has been instigated.
